K-RAJ FARMZ LIMITED is still under construction at the moment, with the site projected to be fully utilized by the second quarters of 2025. Inside the premises/farm is a one storey building serving as the company's staff quarters and executive suites for senior staff members .

A nursery bed for pepper nurturing or incubation is housed in the farm, with almost 20,300sqm used for habanero pepper plantation alone.
